WELCOME
Welcome to York Holiday Lets, we currently have two luxurious holiday homes available in the centre of York.
The first, Cloisters Walk is a two bedroom house, situated in a prestigious modern development within a stone’s
throw of the City Walls. The house is located on a no-through road, the ideal retreat after a hard day enjoying
the best the City has to offer.
The second, Foss House, is a two bedroom ground floor flat located within a small recently built development which is only ten minutes walk from The Minster. It benefits from its own private parking space and access to a shared
garden at the rear.

THE PROPERTIES
Both properties are ideally suited for visitors to York. Its many places of interest are all within easy walking
distance as are shops, restaurants and pubs. There is a large Sainsbury's supermarket just minutes away from both.
The homes are tastefully presented with their own private parking spaces.

YORK HOLIDAY LETS
York Holiday Lets is run by Vanessa Warn and her husband
Ben. Their first property, 3 Cloisters Walk was acquired
from Susan and Keith Burrows who have recently retired
after successfully running a holiday letting business
alongside their guesthouse in York for over 20 years.Vanessa
worked for a number of years with the Burrows and is
fully aware of requirements that visitors to the accommodation
may have. We work hard and have a great professional
attitude; we're easy to work with, flexible, fair, and
dependable.
